Much smaller than I thought, just high ceiling, nothing special comparing to other LA Fitness. The machine are upgraded, limited machine selection comparing to the LA Fitness in Brooklyn and Bronx. Not so impressed but mainly disappointed in the election of machine.
Excellent facility, it’s very clean and has all the equipment you need for any full body workout. Front desk staff and all staff are very friend and helpful. The hours are reasonable and the amenities are on point. Chris was my tour guide gave me a tour the first day and after I worked out I was sold on buying a membership. He was very knowledgeable and welcoming. There are busy hours here of course like any gym but even then there’s lots of availability of the equipment despite that which is impressive. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean gym in the area. Ask for Chris if you go but really any of the guys will take care of you!
I like this gym, it’s usually very clean and I’ve also been attending Hugh’s cycling class on Saturdays. Hugh is a great instructor & always so open to helping the class w’ equipment or anything needed. Overall, it’s a good location.
Michael gave me a tour of the gym and showed me all of the cool amenities. He was professionally courteous and very knowledgeable about the facilities and made my sign up process easy while tailoring to my personal interests and areas of concern. He answered all questions I had. I’m excited to start at the New Rochelle gym, which is big, clean and beautiful inside, and bring a friend on the guest pass to get fit with me! Thanks Michael.
Cody has been an amazing personal trainer so far, definitely goes the extra mile! Love this LA Fitness all equipment as well, kept and looking clean.
Class schedule still pending but should be coming soon. Staff is very nice and the location is beautiful. The sauna is very nice. Pool still under construction.

We have been to many LA Fitness locations in the area, and this is by far the nicest and cleanest location. We drive another location just to come to the New Rochelle location because of how nice it is, and how new the machines and equipment are! I also enjoy the turf area, as not a lot of gyms offer this. Highly recommend this gym/location.
I’ve been to two other La fitness Gyms but this one in New Rochelle is by far my favorite. This Gym is well run and The staff is friendly here. It’s also very clean . Has that industrial look with the high ceilings and fans which makes it feel spacious and cool. . Nice size Sauna. Machines always in working order. Love that everything is on one level , no stairs to go up and down. Fellow members are nice and polite . I have not utilized a Trainer but I have observed them and they seem very professional and knowledgeable and booked. I hit the Gym at least 3 days a week and always feel like I had a good workout and sauna time here. There is a good Vibe to this La fitness in New Rochelle
